This is how Máirtín was at the start of his career; raw, fresh and ready to sing at the drop of a hat. The False Start was recorded in Leap Studios, west Cork in the summer of 2004. It is a collecting of Máirtín’s early party pieces and crowd pleasers. A few songs as Gaelige (in the Irish Language), a couple of Funny numbers and a story his father thought him brings the listener on a journey of laughter and history. Recently it has sold out and is only available on digital format. Máirtín brings not CDs to gigs now but DCs make sure you ask him about them. |
